The population of the city of Mala Vyska in the Maloviskivskyi district of the Kirovograd region suffered from the Holodomor genocide of 1932-1933. In the village in the cemetery there is a place of mass burial of victims of the Holodomor-genocide of 1932-1933 in Ukraine. This place has a memorable sign for victims of the Holodomor. Established in 1993, by the sketch of the artist Anatoly Tarapaky by the forces of public activists, local factores and local authorities.
