The population of Bilopillia suffered from Holodomor-genocide of 1932-1933. Near the place of mass burial (the Taras Shevchenko city park) the monument was installed. This is the sculpture of the woman, whose eyes are hollow from the grief. She holds the Icon of the Savior in her hands, and there is the 6-meters bell, forged with the cooper, behind her back. The author of the sculpture is the Honored painter of Ukraine Victor Stukan from Khmelnyk town of Vinnytsia region. The monument was opened on November 22, 2008.
