The population of Kamianka village (Novopskovskyi district, Luhanska region) suffered from Holodomor-genocide of 1932-1933. On November 14, 2008, the head of the Kamianska village council Neberykutia Volodymyr Mykhailovych installed the Memorial cross at the place of the mass burial of Holodomor-genocide victims.
