The population of Dziunkiv village (Pohrebyshchenskyi district, Vinnytska region) suffered from Holodomor-genocide of 1932-1933. In the village, on Haharinastreet, there is the place of mass burial of Holodomor-genocide victms (the children from the orphanage are buried there). The corpses of 38 children. In 2004, at this place, the Memorial sign, which is the metal cross with te metal fence around, was installed.
