The population of Shpyli village (Ivankivskyi district, Kyivska region) suffered from Holodomor-genocide of 1932-1933. In the village, there is the place of mass burial of 1932-1933 Holodomor victims. The names of 144 persons have been found out. In 2003, the memorial sign at the mass grave was installed.
