The population of the Troitsk village of Troitsky district of Lugansk region suffered from the Holodomor-genocide of 1932-1933. In the village in the cemetery on Chkalov Street there is a mass burial place for victims of the Holodomor-genocide of 1932-1933 in Ukraine.
