The population of s Poznanka Persha village (Liubeshivskyi district, Odeska region) suffered from Holodomor-genocide of 1932-1933. In the village, 2 places of mass burials were established. They are located at the village cemetery. At one of them, in 1992, the memorial sign was installed for the initiative of Hliznuts Pavlo Myjolaiovych, the head of Poznanska village council.
