The population of Skybyntsi village (Pohrebyshchenskyi district, Vinnytska region) suffered from Holodomor-genocide of 1932-1933. In 1993, the memorial monument (the cross with the sign “To the victims of Holodomor of 1932-1933”) was installed at the entrance to the cemetery.
