The population of Arkhanhelske urban-type settlement (Vysokopilskyi district, Khersonska region) suffered from Holodomor-genocide of 1932-1933. In 2008, at the place of the mass grave of Holodomor-victims, which is located at the cemetery, the memorial sign was erected by the village council.
