The population of the village Vesely Kut Taraschansky district of the Kyiv region suffered from the Holodomor-genocide of 1932-1933. In the village there is a mass burial place for victims of the Holodomor-genocide of 1932-1933 in Ukraine in the cemetery where the stone cross is located.
