The village of Bilolutsk in the Novopskovsky district of the Luhansk region suffered from the Holodomor genocide of 1932-1933. In the village in the cemetery there is a mass burial place for victims of the Holodomor-genocide of 1932-1933 in Ukraine. A memorable cross is installed on the site of a mass grave (a local cemetery at Kalinin St.). Bilolutska village council inaugurated a memorable sign in 2008.
