The population of the Sitkivtsi village (the village became part of the village of Golodky) of the Tetyiv district of the Kyiv region suffered from the Holodomor genocide of 1932-1933. In the village there is a place of mass burial of victims of the Holodomor-genocide of 1932-1933 in Ukraine where a memorable sign is installed.
