The population of Novosevastopol village (Bereznehuvatskyi district, Mykolaivska region) suffered from Holodomor-genocide of 1932-1933 in Ukraine. Nowadays, 20 persons killed by starvation are identified. At the cemetery, there is the place of mass burial of Holodomor victims.
